- The design, supply and installation of a uranium dust agglomeration and disposal system with extremely tight environmental specifications. The project was completed at 50% below the cost of other company quotes and significantly reduced the dust disposal cost to the customer.
- The redesign of alkali cellulose aging machines with the goal to increase capacity by a factor of three. The machines were placed in an existing building with limited space and within a limited timeframe. This PICOR Original design was installed and put into service ahead of schedule at a 60% lower cost of competing machines.
- The design and installation of patented Precision Loading Systems under existing silos that met customer performance guidelines. The client had been told by competing companies that the project was impossible, however PICOR successfully completed the project at a cost 50% less than the competition's proposed alternative.
