HMA Halley & Mellowes (MHD) are able to provide solutions to improve the operation of existing loading facilities. Examples of what can be done to improve throughput and/or reliability include:

We can supply a train loading improvement system that can provide accurate loading weight of trains and trucks with the need for the addition of weigh bins. The system provides real time indication of the weight of material as it is being loaded into a wagon, leading to improved efficiency through full utilisation of available capacities.

The technology is ideal for existing loading systems as it requires no structural systems and can be installed while the system continues to operate. Each system is tailored to the end users needs with monitoring and reporting included and can be combined with automation of the loader.
