Chutes and gates

Using our years of experience we can design chutes to suit any material transfer application to minimise wear and promote flow. From simple in line chutes through to complex transfer tower design we can apply our knowledge and systems to develop a solution that works.

Our designs are based around promoting rather than inhibiting the material and follows its natural angle of movement. All design feature a choice of liner options including the full range of wear resistant products available through HMA Greenbank.

We have a range of gate design to suit a variety of applications such rejects systems, equipment isolation and material flow control or we can design a gate and actuation system to suit a particular need.

Telescopic chutes such as used on our train and truck loading system can be supplied for any application.
