Variable Capacity Control
Feed rate is controlled by an AC frequency inverter.
Standard control features include follower circuit and ramp stop.

1 - Trough
Flat, tubular, deep wall or special shaped troughs of mild steel or special alloy construction withstand the most severe applications. Replaceable liners, covers, screens, gates, grizzlies and other options are also available.
2 - Vibratory Drive
Vibratory motors or eccentric shaft assemblies can be either bottom, side or overhead mounted. Motors have double extended shafts complete with adjustable eccentric weights.
3 - Isolation System
The steel coil or rubber isolation system reduces force transmissions and simplifies installation.


Foundry Industry

This 1500mm inch wide by 4200mm long severe duty indexing feeder transfers 3000kg scrap charge at a controlled rate. Extra heavy impact absorbing design includes sound deadening rubber liner, 12mm abrasion resistant liners, 1500mm long replaceable discharge and special isolation system. Side mounted 5.5kW motors reduce headroom.

 

Landfill Reclamation
This 2400mm wide by 3000mm long extra heavy duty grizzly is designed to handle incinerator ash ranging in size from fines to burned out 200 ltr drums. A 2 cubic metre bucket dumps directly onto tapered T-bar grizzly. Side mounted 5.5kW motors provide unrestricted access for charging and discharging ash. Adjustable stroke and attack angle optimise separation. Solid rubber isolators accept impact, minimise vibration transmission and resist corrosion.

 

Glass Industry
This 600mm wide by 5000mm long glass quencher handles either fibreglass or bottle glass cullet. Pan construction is either stainless steel or carbon steel with abrasion resistant liners. Dual 1.5kW waterproof vibratory service motors are side mounted to reduce headroom requirements. Solid rubber isolators are impervious to water.
